Today, a small group of citizens delivered a letter to Penn State’s administration, asking them to put together a plan to get to zero carbon emissions by 2050 at the latest. The letter, initially signed by 48 faculty, staff, and one student became a petition signed by over 7,100 people including the initial signatories.
